This was a kickass show. My first time seeing moe, but definetly not my last. Gotta love that huge opening jam on Brent Black, as well as the reggae-tastic
...
opening of the 2nd set with Buster and Spine of a Dog. Definetly check this out.
Who'll be at the June 8 Pavillion show? I know I will.

I actually got to this show very late, due to getting very lost on the way to our friend's house in Boston, (needing a good stiff drink after that ordeal),
...
and then our cab driver getting lost on the way to the Orpheum.. It was quite the clusterf_ck just getting there, so it's especially nice to be able to hear what we missed in such a high quality format! The show itself was great, even if I didn't hear an Opium (maybe next time..). Highlights for me would have to be She Sends Me, a "blistering" Buster, St. Augustine> 32 Things had me jumping up and down (can you tell No Doy is still my favorite album?), and for the encore Blue Jeans and Pizza could probably have been left out (a song perhaps better suited to the studio IMHO), but Rise was a particualary nice way to round out the show. I nice kickoff to the tour and overall an A on content, and an A+ on quality!

Damn! Moe. is on a roll! Nobody is playing with as much passion and consistency show after show right now. Jon is the man for AUD recordings. This

one is top notch. Thanks.

merin...i would gladly give you my first-born child. you have given me (and this community) so much. a thousand thank yous for your efforts, commitment,
...
and generosity. namaste. this recording is typial of merin...in other words...as close to a soundboard matrix as they come. levels, richness, volume...everything...is outstanding.
and this is another solid showing from moe., who at the moment are seemingly unstoppable. so much energy and momentum flowing in this band right now...there is no band out there who consistantly comes to play like moe. does night after night. god bless 'em.

My 7th show, and I love moe. the brent opener was a pleasant surprise (brent just rocks), seat>akimbo had me guessing, and I thought the 2nd set was
...
a bit monstrous. I'd say its worth downloading.

Was at the show, and like everyone I thought is was a great show, how pumped was I when I saw a Jon Merin recording, VERY!!!. This guy does some of the
...
best audience tapes on the archive, a true master thanks. Folks if your reading this when you do reviews please provide feedback on the recording quality, the streaming aspect is nice now but you read some reviews and you think great I'll DL only to find subpar quality on the recording. But trust me when I say most if not all of Merin's stuff is great. For an AUD recording at the Orpheum this rates a 5 star Thanks again

This show was not just "ok", it was great. I have been to a crapload of moe. shows and this was on of the best ones. They are at their best when they
...
are having fun and you could tell they were the moment they walked on stage, especially in the second set (smiles all around). From the first chord of Brent Black to thinking their fingers were going to fall off in the second set, they were rocking like only moe. can. Pick up this show if you want to hear moe. simply being moe. peace!

This is my first review.
It was my 7th show overall and i thought it was pretty solid. Great Brent opener, solid SOMP. My fav was the paranoid android ... just because they had been teasing it in Asheville (i was at the 12/30 show). 2nd set was solid too. not as good as the 12/30 show but a great tour opener.
